What data we collect

We only collect what you enter yourself on our forms:

• Name (first and last name)
• Email address
• Company name (where requested)
• Phone number (where requested)
• Sector or team size (where requested)
• Free text you choose to share

We do not track via cookies. We have no Google Analytics. We use no retargeting pixels.

What we use it for

• Call request: to answer your question and propose a conversation.
• Scan report: to send you a detailed report by email.
• MIRA registration: to give you access to MIRA.
• Newsletter: to send you relevant AI insights (opt-in only).

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Processors

• Netlify (forms, hosting), USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.
• Google Workspace (email), USA, EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

Retention

• Lead contact details: 2 years after last interaction.
• Client data: for the duration of the client relationship, plus 7 years (accounting).
• Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
